How I can operate gsm sim via computer?

I am searching device for computer which can I operate via computer, please don’t tell me about software like card reader or other software I am searching gsm device like mobile phone, i want my computer as cell phone, receiving sms, mms and making calls to my friend, if anyone know about this device then plz guide me and tell me where I can buy this device, I am waiting for your reply.
